今日は仕出し弁当でした。

ご飯は雑穀米で、マカロニサラダ、タケノコ、わかめの酢の物、ワカサギの南蛮漬け、カレー味のから揚げ、キュウリの漬物、わかめとネギのお味噌汁(手作り)

バラエティーにとんだ内容でした。
